As an Accredited Staging Professional I'll tour your home and determine what we can do to stage your home more effectively. Well discuss decluttering and depersonalization. Making your home appeal to the masses is my goal. We want buyers to be able to see themselves living in your house. Remember buyers want to see the square footage and special features of your home not your decorating ideas. For every second they are looking at your decorating they are not looking at your house!!

Real estate negotiations and contracts can be intimidating in their complexity. Most people have almost no experience in these negotiations. After all, how often do you buy or sell a new house?
